A double room included climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. It was big, beds where big and the hotel staff were super.

The hotel was a brilliant base for enjoying a lovely area. Everyone who worked there was affable.

It had great and particularly good location, the place was 4-6 minutes walking distance from Naples city center. The rooms were beautiful and had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The breakfast offered a wide range of options and was satisfactory.

As for me, the area was not so nice.

I did encounter a couple of drawbacks during my stay. The breakfast offered was very poor, consisting of only coffee, cornflakes, and packaged toast snacks.

The whole experience was mind-blowing! Super friendly staff and owner who allowed us to store our bags. The manager provided us with maps and recommended jaw-dropping places to visit and a superb local restaurant for a meal. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The apartment had a lot of character and was very clean and spacious. The rooms were perfect for our family of five. The breakfast was delicious and Maria and her assistant took great care of us. We loved the free wi-fi, the convenience of the nearby coffee shop, and the shared kitchen. It was also great that they had a children's menu and allowed pets. The air conditioning made our stay even more comfortable. Lastly, we appreciated that it was a non-smoking facility. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

I always go back to Napoli Experience. They helped with my elderly parents. It suits me with Wi-Fi, a restaurant, coffee shop, and laundry. Plus, it has a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, a shared kitchen, a children's menu. This is where I'll be for Christmas.

Amazing for kids - they loved the rooftop pool and playground.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options for children were limited.

The bus to the airport was right outside the hotel, perfect for those last-minute dashes. The free snacks in the fridge were a lifesaver when I couldn't resist a midnight snack. The wifi never let me down, giving me endless opportunities to avoid socializing.

Breakfast was a pastry feast, but luckily I don't have a sweet tooth. said no one ever.

We got great value for our money with a fantastic location and helpful staff at this hotel. Maria at the front desk was kind and gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area.
